Evaluating Employee Innovation and Creativity Towards Employee Turnover Intention in the Malaysian Hospitality Industry

Hospitality industry plays a main role and has become major sector in Malaysia’s economy. However, there are some challenges the hospitality such as employee turnover which could have various consequences to organizations. The purpose of this research is investigate factors affecting intention, either directly or indirectly. Previous studies suggested that intention be affected by leadership, motivation, communication, work environment infrastructure both Employee innovation creativity mediating factor also affect its relationship with employees. design for study was quantitative method using questionnaires data collection method. Purposive sampling used sample 152 hotel employees within West Malaysia. Structural Equation Modelling analyze SmartPLS software. Results indicated had significant creativity. Apart from that, motivation communication intention. Turnover issue companies not only company’s sustainability, but health wellbeing their As an implication, organizations should understand leadership characteristic tremendous impact burnout performance.
